Venue and Accommodation

The Kolloquium will be held at the ZUK (Zentrum für Umwelt und Kultur) at Benediktbeuern Abbey in Benediktbeuern, Germany.

The ZUK has only one single and five double room available for participants.

Most of the participants will be accommodated at the Friedenseiche Hotel (15-20 minutes walk from the ZUK) and at the Gasthof Herzogstand (10-15 minutes walk from the ZUK) in Benediktbeuern and at the Gasthof zur Post Hotel in Kochel am See (7 Km from Benediktbeuern Abbey). From Kochel am See you can easily reach the venue by the express train of the railroad track Kochel-Munich, which stops exactly in front of the Abbey. A shuttle service from  the Gasthof zur Post Hotel to Benediktbeuern Abbey will be provided as well.

Room arrangments break down as follows:

  • Friedenseiche Hotel:
    Single Room - ca. 50 € per night NO MORE AVAILABLE!
    Double Room - ca. 85 € per night (per room) NO MORE AVAILABLE!
    Double Room used as Single - ca. 60 € per night NO MORE AVAILABLE!
  • Gasthof Herzogstand:
    Double Room used as Single - ca. 55 € per night NO MORE AVAILABLE!

  • Gasthof zur Post Hotel:
    Single Room - ca. 58 € per night NO MORE AVAILABLE!
    Double Room - ca. 85 € per night (per room)
    Double Room used as Single - ca. 65 € per night
